Moving files in playlists

One small thing Ive noticed in v9 is that when I move a file in a playlist by dragging, I no longer get the horizontal line showing where in the list I am dragging the song to. Used to work in v8, and I havent changed any display settings/drivers. Is there any way I can get this back?
