burning cd for car cd player that is not mp3

?? ???is there a way using this program or any other free program to convert files downloaded to a format that can be played in an auto cd player that is not mp3??

Creating an audio CD from MP3's is a basic function of Media Jukebox/Media Center.   I suggest you read the user's guide and FAQs and give it a try.

When burning from MP3 select "Audio CD" Do not select Data CD.

Data CD will burn Mp3 files to the Disk, Audio CD Will Burn "Audio" Cd's

Also, you car cd player must support playback of CD-Rs, not all do.  And they can be notoriously tempermental about only liking certain brands of CD-R.  Or sometimes burning at a slower speed can help.
