How Do I Upgrade for $7.98?

I bought 8.0 on 12/4 - too late!
Now I see that I can upgrade to 9.0 for $7.98, but can't find a link to do so?

You should be OK.  Just download 9.0 and install it.  If there is an upgrade required, the Buy will be active under Help.
