Girder and 9.0.82

Has anyone had success in getting the remote plug-in for Girder to install with MJ 9.0.82?  The rc_girder.dll gets copied into the plugin directory OK, but it doesn't show in the Plug-in Manager.  I'm able to uninstall and install other remote plug-ins, so I'm a little baffled.

Thanks for any direction!

Some of the plug-ins are still a version behind.  We'll try to fix that this week.
