Download Manager

After finding version 9.0 not working well I attempted to go back to version 8 by deleting 9.0 and reinstalling latest version 8.0. Now when I try to use the Download Manager I get a message: C\Windows System 32\Download Manager exe is not found.
Any ideas how to solve this?

So -to answer my own question- by checking the startup with Windows option - problem is solved.

Same situation but I cannot get download manager to work even after checking the Startup button.

I installed MC9 beta. Uninstalled it. Loaded MJ8 but now when I attempt to download anything from eMusic (single tracks, albums) I MJ DM establishing 3 connections but then it exits. Another attempt crashes MJ and DM.
