Media editor and Sound Recorder problems.

Bug?: Media editor will only show "Save as type: Windows PCM (*.wav)".  Nothing else show in the drop down and I'm trying to select APE.  I've been using this in MJ8.

Bug: Sound Recorder will not store the ID3 tag info for the Artist and Album information when provided.  Also will not add files to the library without doing an Import Media function from the library.
