DFX Add in
« on: November 24, 2002, 08:46:21 am »

When I converted from V8 to V9 the DFX Add In didn't convert.  Will I have to go to the PowerTechnology site and download again?
Also, I use Ogg Vorbis Custom to encode music from CD's.  When I go to the encode options and choose custom, it want let me go to Settings.  The message says that settings are only available with custom.
V9 will not recognize a DVD in the DVD drive.

You should be able to get DFX back by manually adding the plug-in.  Open the Plug-In Manager and press "Add Plug-in".  Now navigate to "c:\program files\dfx\jriver\apps" and select "dsp_dfx.dll".  Restart MJ and you're done.

Not sure about the DVD, but the encode options thing is definitely a bug.
