Like having the complete interface change, by using XML, a bit like winamp 3 and Window Media Player 8 will can't change almost everything.... Is anything like that planned??

Have you looked at Media Jukebox's mini-me?  It's a free-form XML based skinning engine with some pretty cool skins already out there.
