How Do You Get Track Info?

Also When A CD Is Ripped From A CD MJ Should Maybe Submit This Info To YADB (Not Sure If It Does Now) But It Should.

How Do You Get Track Info?

You can give, but you can't get in this version.  Submit works, lookup doesn't.  We're just loading up the database now for test purposes.  Each track will take 10 or 15 seconds and it will tie up your machine, so wait until bedtime and then let it rip.

This should go live in the next few builds.

The button is for testing only, and does nothing.
There is no way to get track info now.

ok, i tested it seems to work.

later tonight (if it is ok) I will submit my current files 11,000+ Mp3's that are on the Billboard top 100 from 1940 to 2002

Results:

last night i started submit with 11,000+ selected

this morning it was still working on it, but it only got to 4,000+

there is now no way of telling what ones were submited to the server.

could there be a way that there could be when scaning this info is saved to the Database and maybe also in the tag (CDDB saved the file ID to the MP3 file if you used the cddb dll to save the id3v2 tag.)

this could work if you selected all your files and select option "Submit All Files", "Submit Only Files Not Submited All Ready" etc....

I turned off the server this morning - more than enough data, thanks.
We may cache info in the tags, I haven't got that far yet.

Yeah,

I have some 10.000 files completely tagged as well.

Lots of European music as well so the database will be an international database.
