eMusic & Download Manager

I'm having a lot of trouble downloading from eMusic.  The 'Download whole album' normally results in a 'Member not found' error from Download Manager.

In addition, when I click on the download button for individual files from the album, download manager just says 'failed' for each one.  How can I find out why it has failed, or get an error message of some kind?


Using:

Media Jukebox PLUS 9.0.60
Install Path: C:\Program Files\J River\Media Jukebox\

CPU: Intel Pentium III 991 MHz MMX
Memory: Total - 523 MB, Free - 130 MB
OS: Microsoft Windows XP  Workstation 5.1  (Build 2600)

Internet Explorer: 6.0.2600.0000

Download Manager version v1.0.127

The download manager in 9.0 won't work with the new e-music site.  You need 8.0.373 installed first and then any version of 8.0 after that should work.

Support in 9.0 should be soon.
