I've been a Weblisten customer since 1999 and never had a problem with them. The concept of downloading "too much" music is somehow in a grey area... but, for what it's worth, I've always downloaded what I wanted without having got any warning at all.

It is more than 2 years ago,but in one month i got 10.000 + songs from them.

I can tell you that it was hard task , because they speed and download routines are ,well , not that good.....
I had to reverse to phone 56 kps connection - instead of ADSL 1,5 - to get some songs until the end.............

Just signed up today... ;D

Love that they have alot of the popular artists...the selections is pretty good...but Zevele sums up the sight pretty nicely :(

Quote
weblisten is for popular music and cost $30  month.
If you like indee- punk- metal ect ,Emusic is THE PLACE.
Price is $10 a month if you take a year ,$15 if you take 3 months.
You can download around 2000 songs a month.
Tags and download speed are top - really not the case with Weblisten-.
You can download a full album with only one click.
You can use the Media Jukebox/ Center download manager to download the songs ,in this case the art sleeve is downloaded with the album.
Both places give you MP3 at 128.
Weblisten give you Windows format as well if you want .
But in this case the tags are ,for a large part , inexistant

Weblisten is a very primitive and not cheap service giving you artists like U2,REM,Prince and so on.

Emusic is a very good service , cheap giving you 95% of all the indee music existing on earth.

Mix of both a solution.
But do not take more than one month  at once at Weblisten.
Things do not go smoothly and you have to monitor your downloads and to retag 98% of  the songs.
Hard work , i can tell you.
I take once a year one month at Weblisten ,i spend HOURS and HOURS in front of the computer to get the more i can - around 10.000 songs-
After that i tag and listen.
In one week i am starting my third year with Emusic.
Only praise

Couldn't take being a regular at weblisten.com....to "very primitive"
