Emusic's sign-up page, http://www.emusic.com/pitch.html,now contains an asterisk after "Unlimited," with a footnote that "some restrictions may apply."

Nice work!  I've been watching this whole thing and that's a sweet turn of events indeed!  Looks like you got their attention!

Try and get them to carry 192kbps mp3 now, ;D ;D

P2P setups have 192 available... gotta keep up with the competition.  Sides, 192 sounds MUCH better than 128... if I'm paying for it, I'd like it to sound good.
