Flash-based iPod Plugin

I am considering writing a Flash gui for the iPod plugin that's used in Media Center.  Obviously this will take about 4-5 months of work and I wondered if anyone else would be interested in this.  I would do it for free, just for kicks, of course, but I'll implement more rigid development practices if I know others will use it too.
