Installation problem (TV Tuner)

I downloaded and installed the MJ 8 Demo and it doesn't seem to recognize my ATI AIW 128 Pro video card during the installation process. No errors showed up during the installation process, the TV Tuner just doesn't show up in the tree of devices. Any suggestions?  ?

8.0 doesn't have TV anymore.  It's in Media Center, version 9.
