« on: October 13, 2003, 10:38:49 am »

Hello everybody,

I'm very new to computers and have a hard time finding my way around so if the question I am about ask has already been answered please be kind. I would like to know.

Question No. 1 what DVD drives are supported by mc9?

Question No. 2 what formats are supported?[dvd-ram dvd+ dvd-]

Question No. 3 can you copy edit[home movies] and burn[music] to DVD?

Question No. 4 what is DVD spy

Question No. 5 this will be the last one for today, could anybody suggests a glossary or dictionary for all these terms?  Learning a new language is very difficult.

I am very interested in this application because it supports two of my favorite products tivo and the ipod.

Thanks for all the help in advance, Rodney

MC should work with most DVD drives.  All formats.  9.1 can write + and - disks if the drive supports it.

No movie editing is available, but you can write any file to a CD or DVD data disk.

On DVD spy and for a glossary, please try a google search.

On caveat: dvd-ram is not supported for writing (burning), but all the currently popular formats (-r,-rw,+r,+rw) are supported.
