Installation error

Whenever I try to install Media Jukebox 8, I invariably get the following error:

"Error registering the OCX c:\windows\system32\l3codeca.acm"

The installation appears to be successful regardless of the error, but when I try to import files, MJ8 freezes up.

I had been running an older version with no problems, but decided yesterday to upgrade to MJ8 Plus.    When I tried to reinstall the older version I got the same error as above.

I'm running Win XP

Help!

My Guess Is this file is running for one reason or another

it needs to be terminated
