I have purchased a full version of MC9 in May of 2003. I have recently reformatted my PC, and cannot install the license. The error I receive is "Error restoring Media Center License: Failed Extracting license from file". I've requested numerous license and all have the same error message.

I searched the message boards, and was able to find someone that was having this problem, but there were not responses.

Can anyone help me?

I have it now. Apparently you have to use the IE browser.
