media jukebox disaster
« on: December 21, 2002, 01:02:00 pm »

...why is it that we have so many problems with Media Jukebox 8.0 and Media Center? I have paid $24.98 or so to be able to get registered and now I have only got 29 days left!!! I wonder how many times one needs to pay to get MJ or MC licences? Moreover, wheneever I want to restore my registration code I am relentlessly refused. So,what the hell?? The whole thing at MJ/MC seems to be so excruciatingly awful that I feel fascinated!!! If possible, I want my money back...if I've got the right to do so. I don't want to be ripped off anyway...although I have already been ...thanks.

Please use a subject that describes the problem and provide some detail.

A disaster is a hurricane or a tornado or an earthquake.  Even if MJ won't work on your PC, no lives will have been lost.  Maybe some gray hair.
