Album View Question
« on: October 23, 2003, 03:01:44 am »

Hi Rhino,
I just imported another 300 albums or so and then rebuilt the AV DB to add them. (I think this is the correct way to do it.) The list view didn't show any of the cover art at all after that until I did right-click/advanced/update/artwork/enable update/perform all updates. Then the images displayed. It happened again later while scrolling in large icon mode, a few images appeared, but most were empty until I did the steps above. I store the images in the MP3 file and I have all the caching options turned on. The problem seems to repeat when I scroll quickly and the steps above always fix it.

I think there was a problem with internal mp3 cover art previously, not sure if it's fixed. - just mentioning it because you said your cover art was internal.

He added a feature to extract the cover art if I remember to make it work better.

Dont know if it was ever fixed

Thanks, Nila. I'll try that and see what happens.
