Preview graph has not been build!?

Sorry for my English! I have trouble in setting up the "tv-tuner" in Media Center 9.1.

I use XP sp1 and as TV card hauppauge WinTV pci and the wdm Drivers.

In Media Center... I use Hauppauge WinTV Capture, then i select Germany and Cable. After the OK Button the Message "Preview graph has not been build." appears. What can I do?? Please help me.
