When I installed MC9 I left MJ 8 installed.  Now that I am a full MC9 fan, I want to uninstall MJ 8.  If I do this, will it remove anything that will cause problems with MC9?  Do I need to reinstall 9 after uninstalling 8?  

Side question:  where can I download that great blue skin that is shown in the screenshots of MC 9  (http://www.musicex.com/mediacenter/features.html)?   It is not in the skins area.

The skin is called "Blue Steel". It is the default skin for 9.1. However, if for some odd reason you don't have it... you can find it here.

I wonder why would this did not install with MC9?  I downloaded the zip file from the link you posted  (the direct install always gives error for me)-- it unzips to a folder called "BlueSteelFullScreen"  is this supposed to go in the MegaSkins folder in MC default directory?

Which build of MC are you using?

If you mean the blue that you see in the Hairstyle section of the features page, try hitting F11 or Ctrl-W a couple times.

9.1 Build .269 is what i am now using. I think my first install of MC 9 was either the version just pre-release, or the first release.   I have upgraded using the "Help>Check for Updates" a buch of times to get to .269.  

I have the Blue Steel working now.  It definitely did not install when I installed MC.   I wonder if I am missing anything else?
