Using ZEN Jukebox with Media Center 9
« on: October 27, 2003, 04:59:21 pm »

Hello,
i just purchased MC9, and wanted to use my Creative Jukebox Zen with the programm.
I got the last Plugin : NOMAD Jukebox 9.0.27 but I have some problems in getting it to work:
- If I try to load files on the Jukebox by sending them - It just displays "In Queue" and no transfer happens
- The command "Synchronize files" seems to work, but then crashes down the Jukebox, that I have to reset it all time

- Isn't it possible to send the created Playlists to the Jukebox ?

------
I'm Using a Pentium 4 Laptop with WIN XP - Jukebox is connected via Fire-Wire

------

has anyone an idea, what  I'm doing wrong ?

OLAF,

What version of MC do you have? If not 9.1.290, can you try getting that version?

After doing 'Send to' , when you see the files 'In Queue' when you click on the Nomad Jukebox, click the large 'Transfer' button at the bottom of MC to move the files.

If you want to move playlists, you can drag and drop the Playlist you want to transfer on the NOMAD in the tree and then click on NOMAD to see the files 'In Queue' and then transfer.

In regards to the Synchronize crash, please try again with MC 9.1.290 and give me more details if you can.

Thanks,

Steve

Hi,
I updated the Software to 9.1.290.
Now everything seems to work.
In this version the TRANSFER-button is also easier to be seen
..I didn't find it in the first place.

Thanks
