I have ripped the bulk of my collection in .APE using MC9.0. When a CD was not in YADB, I popped another player which left the relevant info into the C:\Windows\cdplayer.ini file. I could then rip and update YADB.
Now, I have several CDs I want to rip which are not in YADB. Both WMP and RealOne recognize the CDs, and RealOne update cdplayer.ini with the info, but MC9.1.291 and previous 9.1.2xx I have tried still do not recognize the CDs.
The help file still mentions (in YADB about ripped files) that cdplayer.ini is looked up, but it does not seem to be so.
Any suggestions ? (obviously manually entering all fields is my last preference, given that the info is in cdplayer.ini)
Rudy
