unable to register

I just bught a license today, and received the email with the registration code, etc, etc.  when I try to open the attachment, it opens up my Jukebox, and throws this error message: Error installing Media Jukebox License:  Failed extracting license from file."

does anyone out there know what the problem is?  maybe how to fix it?  thanks!

What version of Media Jukebox? Post your system info here...

It's possible you have a virus checker or some other program stepping in and causing problems.  Try the right click option from this FAQ on purchasing.

Q: Can I save the install key instead of installing it directly?
A: Yes. You can right click on the link and choose "save as" instead of clicking on it. Then, in Windows Explorer, just double click on the file to install it.
