Erased files but kept MJ on disk..
« on: December 10, 2002, 02:18:05 pm »

I refreshed my hard drive with my Cd that came with the computer.  I saved all of the MJ files on a disk and reloaded on my computer after it was cleaned.  Now it says I'm on the trial period even though I paid for it......My Burning speed is 2X......What should I do to fix this?

P.S.  I don't have my username but I have my Email and password.....

if you "paid for" Version 7 or prior you should have saved your license to disk. if you did not there is nothing anyone can do for you.

if you paid for MJ8 \ MJ9 you need to go to the restore page and restore your license.

Please see the FAQ here:

www.mediajukebox.com/license

If you have a version 8 or 9 license you can restore it from:

www.mediajukebox.com/restore

If you have a version 7 license or earlier, you can restore it if you have it on a disk.
