nomad II mp3 player doesn't work

it used to work fine.  however, i since upgraded from winme to win2k, and installed mediajukebox 8.0.4, and the appropriate plug-in.  now whenever i select the device in media jukebox i get an error box that says "Co Create Error", then one that says "80040154!", then finally "Initialization failed.  Please check that Nomad is connected and on."  and yes, it is connected and on.  can anybody pease help me to get my mp3 player to work with mj?

This type of error is typically a driver problem. Did you install the drivers that shipped with your Nomad? Have you tried getting the latest drivers from Creative's website?
