ASPI Problem

Unable to play CD's through Media Jukebox. There is an error that states that ASPI Software is not present in my system and asks if I want to install the software. I install the software and once I'm done installing the ASPI software I start again by trying to play a CD and the same problem happens again. ASPI software is not present. I don't know what to do.

what version of MJ8 do you have?
