'Cosmetic' problems with Cover Art Finder and Chart Finder

On the options tab, where the settings for site x, pass x etc are, I see the tick boxes fine as they have white backgrounds, but the options they refer to all have black backgrounds, so I can't read them. Changing skins seems to have no effect on this. Any ideas?

Really, There is no "Option" controls on the program, Only Check Boxes.

For One, Thats Not Cover Art Finder
Two, That Seems To Be A Skining Problem, What Skin Are You Using?
Start A new Thread

For One: Right, this is not Cover Art Finder. But the problem seem's just to be too familiar.

Two: This is not a 'skinning problem'.

I usually use 'Shining Armor'. But the same behaviour comes with:
- Blue Steel
- Green Eyes

... and all the skins.

Thanks for your help

Reported By Fex And Marko

Seems They Are Having Skinning Problems with My Plug-ins, i can not reproduce

Mine Looks Fine

Anyone have anything to add?

OS, MC9 version, Skins Used, Anything Else?

There is really nothing i can do about the problem your seeing because there is no skining code in the program.

and this maybe a windows or 3rd party skinning problem.

Disabled 'Style XP' 'by TGT Soft'. After that no 'cosmetic' problems with any of the plug-ins. Like you said it seems to be a skinning problem (sorry for my doubts).

Is there any solution?

well if they know about it, they might can fix it, or it might just be a problem with Windows XP skinning and Visual basic 6.

Since I can not get Visual Basic Net To Work With MC9 And MC10 nor is there a sample of Visual Basic .Net For Use With MC9 Or MC10 (So I Can't use Visual Net) That May Not Have This Problem.

So i am kind of stuck.

I don't think Anyone has gotten Visual Basic .Net To With With MC9 Or MC10

Spot on Fex. To be fair though, it's not styleXP at fault, but the skin that it applies.

Changed my skin back to itunes (& playing now popup back to trans 3 ;)) and the controls become visible....

Bad skin.....

and good skin....

I can now see the answer to my other question re. multiple artists!!!

Thanks for the reply's Kingsparta, you can now relax again.

King,

Scott_R programmed his MC XML Export plugin in .NET.  Apparently the process is slighlty different due to the way .NET references com but it is possible.  If you wanted to port things it might be worth talking to scott (i think he is away at the moment tho :)) and he could probably point you in the right directions...
