I guess I have missed it, but I cannot seem to discover after reading the FAQ and
much more, if I should buy Media Center 9.1 now or wait for version 10.

Will you be offering free upgrades ?
What is your policy regarding future upgrade cost ? (couldn't find that either)

oh and BTW, just a minor thing, but there are a few million of us that
can't send mail to music@jriver.com
COMCAST seems to have it permanently blocked.
You might want to check into that when you get some free time.

It seems if you buy MC9.1 there will be a $20.00 upgrade fee

it makes no sence to me to buy MC9.1 since there will be Only Minor changes if and when they find a major bug. and they may or may not make a Update.

MC10 is MC9.1 with Enhancements and bug fixes.

I'm pretty new to MC, but I've basically started with MC10, and I've been impressed with its stability.  Unlike many other beta products I've played with, I'm finding it comfortable and enjoyable to use it as my primary music software.

So I'd go ahead and just buy a license to MC10.

The problem is that what you buy now may not be what you get in 6 months time since JR are constantly changing the UI.   And due to MC 10's beta nature you will have no comeback.
