MJ 8 License restore
« on: October 05, 2003, 03:57:37 pm »

I have tried several times to use the restore key given me with no success.
Now, I get a message that no more restores are left.
Please help.

When I tried to restore three days ago, they sent me a restore key and said I had 10 restores left. But the key wouldn't work. I copied and pasted it, but it wouldn't work.
And of course, I used up all my restores trying to make it work.
Now it says the key they sent has no more restores on it.
Any advice?

Thanks,
Don

Have you been to this page?

www.mediajukebox.com/license

When you restore, your local license is installed automatically.  Check MC Help/License info to see it.

If you have trouble, please use IE.

If your restores are gone, we can fix that.

Your system info can be copied from MC Help and pasted here.

Yes, I went there.
The restore code sent doesn't work and it says there are no more restores left.
It seems after a system failure there should be a way to use the software I've purchased.
Any advice?
