BUG: Importing m3u from network locations

MC cannot import m3u playlists if they are on network drivers. Specifically, the playlists do not appear in imported playlists folder. When the m3u files are moved to a local driver, they are imported fine.

The songs in m3u refer to network paths (visible to MC library), and the behavior is observed in 9.1.316. I have not tested it on MC 10.
