Is there some way to change the panes without changing the list?
I use a view scheme to select what I want to listen to (new emusic stuff: Artist/Album/Genre). But I also have a scheme set for tagging, which includes all the info I change (date, nationality, subgenre, etc).

How can I get my tagging scheme panes, without having to lose the list of songs I've decided to listen to? (Like a magic button that brings up my tagging pane without affecting anything else)

I know I can do it with in-place editing, which is what I do now, but it means having SO many columns... and this brings up a second point:

If I forget a column, I have to add it, then save the column view either for this location only or to all subfolders, which isn't really useful in this case, or for ALL locations, which is bad because I have special columns for images. A "save for audio only" would be really useful in this case.
