Just bought Jukebox 8, install fails

Hello,

I just bought Jukebox 8, and install fails. Dialog after clicking on installation key in Explorer is: "Information: error installing Media Jukebox license: Failed opening license file". Updated Jukebox just before purchase. Using Win 2K.

May I say that registration and help process is abysmal. Key is sent without explanation, looking like gibberish in Mozilla. Saving attachment and clicking, as suggested, opens a gibberish text file. Using explorer, finally, produces this error. To request help, we are directed to forum, rather than email. Posting on forum requires registering, agreeing to license (button hidden off of page), waiting for password.

Hmm, Real Jukebox is just so much more painless, and it doesn't cost money....

Can you post your system info?

Check your clock and make sure you have admin priviledges.
