Purchased Mj about 12 days ago and am unable to install it on my laptop. It is working fine on my desktop.
I took the email contaning the installation key attachment and put it on a floppy and opened it on the laptop and it said... "Error installing Media Jukebox licence: Failed extracting licence from file."
I had downloaded the basic version from the internet on the laptop and also tried to do a restore on it using the registration key on the internet but it says "licence net found"

Update your program.  Install keys only last 14 days.  You may need to restore your license to get a new one.  

Check the date on your PC.
