When scanning in copy protected cds, the cd drive carries on for about a minute or so before it will return the tracks and times for MJ. Is there any way around this. I don't know which copy protection scheme is employed, it's a 4cd set by Elvis Presley Today,Tomorrow & Forever on the BMG Heritage label. This is annoying as apart from not being able to play it on my computer (connected to the hi-fi) if this copy protected stuff takes off it's going to be very hard for MJ to scan cds in (at least quickly). Any ideas? Oh by the way it's a legally obtained copy from the labels promo people for use on my radio program! Doesn't encourage you to play it though.
