invalid page fault

Currently evaluating Media 9. However I am disappointed I am unable to eliminate the following message on statup:

MEDIA SERVER caused an invalid page fault in
module JRREADER.DLL at 017f:10003238.

Try reinstalling.

Try uninstalling/reinstalling.  Backup your data before doing so.

Try downloading again.  Don't use a download manager.
