question on smartlist querry
« on: February 08, 2004, 07:19:57 pm »

I am trying to find
  • Genre Funk or
  • Genre Acid Jazz AND
  • Track #116 or
  • Track # (blank - <1)
Any ideas on how to do this?  I have tried to put brackets around various iterations of these items, but still no luck.

Any suggestions?

Actually, what I really need to know is...

is there a modifier for 'blank'?

I have one track that used to have a track number, which I deleted.  That one track is found by the querry -[Track #]=>=1, which shows as Not Track#: >=1.  I have about a hundred more that never had a track number, but they don't show in this list.  I have no idea why.

Thanks KingSparta.

Turns out I was looking in Windows Explorer, which shows no track number, but once imported, MC adds the track number 116, on every track, wierd.  So, I don't need to look for blank tracks at all, just track 116.  Very strange, baybe even a bug, but workable none the less.
