License restore problem!!!  HELP!

I spent 30 minutes this morning fighting with the restore.cgi program.  I had my reg# emailed to me, then went back and pasted it in.  I got kicked to a 'we need more info' form.

No mater what information I put in, it was not good enough for the script.  I have 9 restores left, but I can't seem to get to them!!!

Please help!
