Just a quick question.  Does anyone know of a way to make files auto convert when sending music to one of the "thumb drive" type of mp3 players?

I normally record to MiniDisc for moble listening, but on a whim picked up a cheap thumb drive/mp3 player.  It very nicely sets itself up as a drive, but I store my library as Monkeys's Audio images and use cue sheets to split the image into tracks.  Is there an easier way to convert the files to MP3 other than keeping a duplicate library of mp3s?
