How to reorganize my files into directories?
« on: February 18, 2004, 11:10:45 am »

I've decided to reorganize my files into directories, mainly because of the Multiple Artist changes, but also because of KingSparta's cover art finder.

I know how to set it up so it will rip into the directory structure, but I can't find how to reorganize an existing library into directories.

Anyone?

I bet it's really easy, and I'm just missing it.

It's under Library Tools and it's called "Rename Files from Properties".

Check the box for "directories" and uncheck the box for "files" unless you also want to rename files.

Try a few files before you do many so you see what it's doing.
