Where to get the latest version of 9?

?  Quite possibly this is the stupidest question yet, and I sound like a complete neophyte, but I have looked, searched, etc.  Everyone says that to fix my ripping problem with 98se I need the newest/latest 9.0 but I don't see a link, etc.  I don't remember getting a link in email for anything but 9.0.

So excuse the dumb guy  ;D

It's in the first or second thread on the Media Center 9.0 board.  Click on "Boards" above.  Or you can find a link in one of the first few threads here.
