Hi all,
    Further to the subject, I've just had my hard drive crash irrepairably on my laptop, and the email address that I gave to JRiver when I purchased my copy of Media Jukebox is now closed down, so I cannot access the serial/receipt no. that I received when I initially purchased the program, which would enable me to re-download the program onto my new computer.

I recall in one of my initial receipts from JRiver that I could use the same receipt/serial number to download the program onto another machine if I ever needed.

Any help is appreciated in advance.

I tried all that. The problem in the registration section of this site, is that when I enter my old and new email address, along with the password that I think I used, as soon as I hit enter, a new screen pops up saying something to the effect of "we can't find that email" -  both emails are valid, and I have lodged it under the correct version of MJ.

The only thing I'n not sure of is the password that I used, b/c it was over a year ago that I first purchased this program

what version did you buy?

if you bought MJ7 or older, you can't use the restore page.
