V9 Encoder settings?

? I've used 7 & 8 for quite awhile but I can't seem to find the V9 encoder settings???

Did The settings move ??

yeah, you have to start a rip or convert and take settings to see the encoder settings now.  not sure what the rational was.

Because ripping and recording can each have their own encoder settings.  We thought it's be cleaner to move them instead of adding tabs in the main options dialog.
