Here is what I think that we know so far......

MC has got some big secret project waiting in the wings

It was big enough that celebrations were had, champagne corks were popped

The deal was sealed a while back, 6+ months ago?? (at least that seems like a long time to the end users)

It involves approximately 1/3 of the development work that has gone into v.10

It probably has something to do with an online music store, maybe with MusicNow

JRiver has to be very tight lipped about and so therefore probably won't even acknowledge this thread

Am I missing anything?

My laptop was out of commision for a while and I wasn't following the boards much, so I might have missed something.

So how about it JRiver folks, any news you can give us?  
How about a rough time frame, this quarter, this year etc......

Hmm, I hate to ask again, but are we going to have support for the rio Karma by then? It seems that the creative / ipod crowds are getting their problem solved. I'd really like to see a workable Karma plugin by when v10 final is released.

If the Rio Karma is a WMDM compatible device (and I think it must be), you should be able to use it now.  Search here for info on enabling WMDM (it's part of the plug-in configuration).  If that doesn't work, please start a new thread.
