3D image viewer plugin
« on: March 20, 2004, 08:57:21 pm »

i may be losing my sanity but im sure there used to be a shareware plugin that would allow playback of images (eg. from a photo album) in 3D (cubes, tubes etc.) with transitions etc.

Does anyone know where to find it?

Can't find out how to add images to 3d visualizations either.. could you help me? since you found it..also is there a way like the old sonique player..that when your in visualization mode you can use left right arrows\keystrokes so people don't see the right click menu? so you can change visualizations w\ out anyone knowing just by hitting left right arrow key

Thanks chris

make a playlist called "3D visualisation images" drop the pics in there, and press play...

as for the keys check (using the right click menu) what the short cuts are ... then remember them...also you can change the auto features (eg. time for new pic etc.)

:)  Awesome that worked for visuals..THANX as far as right clikcin and seeing keystrokes it only shows CNTRL ALT key strokes for basic options.. play next track etc.. In sonigue your whole keyboard you could control full screen mode visuals w\ out anyone knowing you were doing it, [ would gotto next visual]would go back visual" would adjust display resolution etc.. X would exit full screen, etc.... Do you get what i'm trying to do? I wonder if MC does this or has this option.. Are there any people here you know I could check w\? Would appreciate it
Thanx

the 3d viewer doesnt have these sorts of options, but there is a 2d viewer that does...

full screen toggle is F11

everything is there, just play around with it...

sounds good Thanks for your help, I tried playing media after making a 3d folder as you said, but when i choose 3d visualizations ..the ones w\ pong, picture terrain cube etc.. It still doesn't use my images? it only uses the media center cover art logo, is that because in 3d visuals it will only play the cover art iimages?

most of them use the standard mc logo, but any that start with the word picture (3 of them) will use your pics

Since we are on the subject of viewers, I created a playlist of images (photos) and put a song on the front so when I play that playlist I get the music over the images as they transition, but now I want to burn that to CD so I can play it in the dvd.  How can I do that???
