Annoying MC problem
« on: April 06, 2004, 09:24:08 pm »

I was ripping a CD and my Internet connection was temporarily slow so MC said it could not find info for the CD and filled it in with unknowns.  Now, I am pretty sure that YADB does have the info since it was disc 1 of a two disc set and later it found the info for disc 2 when my connection was not quite so slow.

Now, the annoying problem is that I would like to rerip the CD and have it retrieve info from YADB.    I have deleted the tracks from my library/HD.   However, everytime I stick it in the drive it does not even bother to check YADB again it just uses the locally stored info.  Which is a bunch of unknowns.  How do I get rid of the locally stored data for the CD or at least force it to check with YADB?

I have searched in the help but it is of very minimally usefulness.  I have also searched here on the forums but could not find any help.

Right-click on the CD in the tree and pick "Update from CD Database"

Let us know if that does the trick :)
