Could you clarify? To play music, MJ should have everything bundled (therefore installed) that you need. If not...what are you looking for?

well if youre interested in that one you can download it and try it for free for 7 or 14 days (cant remember which).

Most other plugins are either free, or have a trial period. experiment with them. whether or not you need them will depend on what you are looking for...
