Default Auto Smartlists
« on: April 26, 2004, 07:46:21 pm »

I'm teaching a friend, by phone, to use her newly purchased MC.  She has the most recent build, .123.  We're in the process of setting up her views.  Her tree does not contain any auto smartlists (high bitrate tracks, have not heard recently, favorites, random, missing properties, etc.)  Have all of these default auto smartlists been discontinued recently or are they hidden??

Hi Shelly,
Ask her to click on the plus symbol (+).  In playlists and then below that.

Thanks for doing support.  ;)

You have to add the ones you want, but they're all there.

Edit > Add Smartlist > Pick the preset you want from the "Smartlist Rule" area.

Repeat as necessary ;)

I was sure she was somehow not seeing them after multiple trys!

I bought MC for her as a b'day present and I promised tech support would be included. :)

Looks like I need to spend some time exploring all the new menu options!  v.10 of MC is absolutely awesome!
