Can anyone tell if http://mclub.te.net.ua/ is legit? They charge $1.50 for every 100MBs downloaded - seems quite cheap. They claim to operate legally under the Ukrainian law, but even in that case, would it be legal for people from other countries to use their services?

I don't think so.

The law in this area is still a mystery to many.
