i am a 'keyspan presentation remote' user, and that remote control has media mode that can control media files. Is there plug-ins that i can dowload for this remote control? if not, is there any way that i can use this remote control to use the mediajukebox program?

Try a search here, but there was a post about this maybe 6 months or so ago.  The person was able to get it to work by getting the beta version of their software from the Keyspan website.  You might try their support on this problem, too.

I spoke to Keyspan. They downloaded a demo of MJ and after a day they told me the way to make it work is set your default map to the values in Media Jukebox; most were shipped as such to begin with. It worked for me.
